One of the most popular features of Decision Focus Learning and Performance Software is the ability to create instant PowerPoint presentations. Here's a scenario that's all too familiar:

Suppose you've just worked through a really tough issue using one of the 4 Decision Focus process tools: Situation Analysis, Problem Analysis, Decision Analysis, or Problem Prevention.

You understand all the thoughts and inputs that went into addressing this issue and determined the action plan you believe is best.

Then, your manager walks up to you and says "We need you to present this decision process and the conclusion to 6 other key decision makers to get their buy-in. And, we've got you scheduled for first thing tomorrow." Fortunately, Decision Focus Software gives you a complete MS PowerPoint presentation with just one-click! Here's how:

1. Open your completed Decision Focus worksheet file. Then, click on File, and select Export to PowerPoint. (If you don't have a completed worksheet file, you can see a sample PowerPoint presentation using the "Open a Sample..." button on the How to tab. Then, click on File, and select Export to PowerPoint.)
    
   
2. A PowerPoint slide show opens that contains your data. The data is presented in a way to help you quickly explain your process and your issue and to get buy-in for your action plan.
    
   
3. Customize your presentation layout using all the PowerPoint features. For example, you can add your company logo or change the background colors on all the slides by modifying the "master" slide.
