FOCUSPerformance Solution can be delivered by FPSI Master Instructors, or you can certify in-house leaders to conduct the sessions. Our certification process ensures your leaders and trainers will deliver top notch learning and become valuable FOCUS process experts and coaches within your organization. They'll get hands-on training and practice in presentation, facilitation, and instructional techniques that will benefit them in a variety of situations now and in the future.

Leaders are selected based on criteria that have been developed and refined to target the individuals best suited for success. As a prerequisite, participants must complete a FOCUS class in their chosen program.

You'll learn how to use the FOCUS Software   Leaders who are certified in Decision Focus will learn and master the many capabilities of Decision Focus 5.0 Software, for use in the classroom as well as on the job facilitation and consulting. You'll receive the complete Teaching Resources Kit  Our comprehensive FOCUS Leader Kits provide everything you'll need to be an effective classroom instructor, including complete Leader Guides, PowerPoint visual packages, facilitation tools, and more. You'll learn several ways to facilitate FOCUS workshops and modules to guarantee results from the use of these tools. You'll get alternative training formats  You'll learn how to deliver FOCUS training in multiple formats to meet the time and scheduling needs of your participants. You'll learn tools to shorten class preparation time  So you'll be ready to teach each FOCUS workshop with minimal preparation time. You'll be supported by a FOCUS Master Instructor through the whole process  You'll link up with a FOCUS Master Instructor whose job is to provide you the support needed to become a certified FOCUS leader. Your Master Instructor will also be present at your first live workshop for guidance, coaching, and to ensure that the FOCUS class is properly presented. Once you are certified, your Master Instructor is available anytime, on demand, to answer questions or assist as needed.
